Writers Program
For the new and not-so-new storytellers. Take your craft to another level by learning from top writers, showrunners, and other industry professionals.
The goal of the CEG Writers program is to help Christians in entertainment strengthen their writing skills and bring to life the stories God has placed on their hearts. We have writing and development programs for all levels including those new to writing, as well as those who are highly experienced, credited, and produced. These more seasoned CEG members are also invited to a Round Table Discussion with peers where we talk about current projects. It is a great place to get feedback before you go into production.
Mentors and Instructors
CEG readers, writing instructors, and mentors are vetted professionals with strong industry experience and members of the Christian Entertainment Guild. Their experience runs deep with scripts that have been produced, optioned, or are currently in development with studios and production companies — including the top networks and faith-based outlets in the industry. Some of our faculty also teach at the college and university level including UCLA, Biola, Azusa Pacific, NYFA, and more.
