Storytelling through this popular medium began back in the early days of cave drawings and has evolved into modern day techniques including traditional, manga, and manhwa style comic books. You will explore these different styles in a 10 week class learning the basics of comic book writing, structure, plots, arcs, character development, dialogue, and sound effects. In the end you will have learned the foundation of strong comic book storytelling as well as completed an outline and plan for your own comic book.
If you’re excited to enter the world of creating comic books this is the place to begin.
