Step #5 To A Servant Heart: Create Unity of the Spirit Through A Bond Of Peace. Working to maintain unity and a bond of peace can be summed up in one word: Love. When we care about people, we come to them with a bond of peace where we look at them in love. We look for and see the goodness in them, who God created them to be no matter how broken they are. The tone of our country today is very combative, divided, and competitive. But we are God’s people. We represent who He is. It takes work to turn away from the divisiveness in our country, within entertainment as a ministry, on sets, in offices, behind the scenes of shoots, within churches and more. Ephesian 4 tells us – “to walk in a manner worthy of the calling which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.” As Christians in entertainment God wants us to encourage each other in our daily life, our faith journey, our pursuit of entertainment as a ministry. Even if we haven’t attained the dream or vision God has given us, we are in the journey. We are in the process today of building the vision and all that God is doing in and through us.
